How to Check What Is Left on a Disney Park Hopper Plus Ticket

Walt Disney theme park tickets purchased prior to 2005 were called Park Hopper and Park Hopper plus tickets and do not expire. Any unused days or options left on the ticket are still valid and can be used on future visits to the Disney parks as of 2010. Tickets that are not compatible with the current ticketing format can be upgraded to the current format at no additional charge at guest relations locations at the time of arrival.

      Verify the type of ticket purchased. Tickets purchased prior to the 2005 were called Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus tickets and are non-expiring. As of January 2, 2005, the tickets are called Magic Your Way and can expire.

      Visit a resort concierge window or any guest relation location through out the Walt Disney resorts with the ticket. The ticket can be scanned to verify the amount of days or options remaining.

      Call Walt Disney World Ticketing at (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Disney staff member concerning the ticket. The hours of Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. You must have the original ticket when you are calling. The staff member will need information from the back to check for any remaining credit.
