Get out your used Walt Disney World tickets. Turn them over and locate the issue date on the back.
Call the ticketing line at (407) 566-4985. Call between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern time, Monday to Friday.
Press option two. Be prepared to tell the ticketing agent the number on the back of your ticket.
If you are already at Walt Disney World, you can simply ask any Lobby Concierge or person at a Guest Relations window to help you. They will be able to look up the information you need.
