Locate the side of your Disney tickets with the magnetic strip and bar code. Look for a date on this side, which is the purchase date of the tickets.
Check the date you found against the calendar to determine if at least six months have gone by.
Discard the tickets if they are more than six months old. You can only use 3-Day Play tickets within six months of their purchase.
Call Walt Disney World on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST by dialing 407-566-4985. Have all tickets in question ready.
Listen to the prompts and press option 2. Ask the cast member (CM) who answers if he can check your tickets for any remaining days. The CM may tell you of any policy changes. Follow the steps in the next section if that's the case.
Check the back of each ticket in question for a bar code number. Look for a combination of letters and numbers. Give this number to the CM when he asks for it.
Use a permanent marker to write down the number of remaining days on the front of each ticket so you can keep track of the information.
Go to a Guest Relations window in front of the entrance to any Walt Disney World theme park or the concierge desk in the lobby of any Walt Disney World Resort.
Ask the CM to swipe your tickets to determine how many days are left on them. Write down the number of remaining days on the front of each ticket.
Add the park hopping feature for an additional fee if you have multiple days left and want to visit more than one park per day. Pay for the add-on at the Guest Relations window at any theme park.
