Read your ticket. Each Magic Your Way ticket is good for the number of days printed on the ticket, and your ticket is good for two weeks after the day that it's first used. If you didn't purchase the No Expiration Date option and it's been more than two weeks since you first used it, your ticket has no days left.
Call Disney. Phone guest relations at (407) 566-4985 and choose the second option. Give the operator the ticket number. Sometimes Disney will tell you how many days are left. Sometimes they won't. It depends on Disney's ever-changing policies. The phone lines are open Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. eastern time.
Go through your records. If your ticket has the No Expiration Date option and the Disney operator was unable to help, check your records from your vacation. Your credit card statements may be able to help by showing you which days you used your card at Disney, giving you an idea of how many days you were there.
Return to Disney. Show your ticket at any Disney resort hotel or at a ticket window and the Disney cast member will be able to tell you how many days you have left. You can also upgrade your ticket if needed.
