How to Find Out What County a Town Is In?

You might not know which county a particular town is in if you are moving to a new city or state. Finding out this information is incredibly useful if you are trying to register to vote in your new town, or if you are going to change your driver's license. Unlike zip codes, the name of a county is not included in mailing addresses. Fortunately, you can find what county a town is in simply by knowing the name of that particular town or city.
