Type NACo.org into the URL of your browser (see link in Resources). Press "Enter." This is the website for the National Association of Counties.
Click the "About Counties" tab at the top of the NACo homepage. Click "Data & Demographics" on the left-hand side of the new page.
Choose "City Search," the top option on the newly opened Data & Demographics page. Enter the name of your city in the text box, and then click "Search for County." The county for that city will appear on the following page.
