How to Find a Zip Code by City & Address
When preparing for travel, sending a bill payment or sending a letter, it is important to know the ZIP (Zone Improvement Plan) code for the destination city. Mail may not reach its intended recipient, or the delivery may be delayed, without the proper ZIP code on an envelope. The ZIP code is important when entering travel data to a map finder or GPS as well. Many businesses, including resorts and hotels, have multiple locations within a small radius. Without the ZIP code, your GPS may direct you to the wrong location. If you have the city and address of the location you can easily find the accompanying ZIP code.
