How to Find an Address in Michigan

Finding an address has become less difficult thanks to the invention of electronic mapping technology. It is now easier to locate the address of a household or business through websites like WhitePages.com, Switchboard.com and Addresses.com. By copying this data into a mapping search engine, such as Google Maps, Yahoo Maps or Mapquest, you can get the location of the address and directions from your location, even in a large state like Michigan.

  Investigate the correct address for the household or organization you are attempting to locate. Utilize the reverse-phone number services of Switchboard.com, Addresses.com or Whitepages.com to identify the postal address from a phone number, or the information finding features of a Public Records site (see References and Resources).

  Visit Maps.Google.com, Maps.Yahoo.com or MapQuest.com. (See Resources)

  Type into the search bar the address of the location in Michigan you are attempting to find. Click "Submit", then choose the location that most accurately reflects your destination if multiple choices appear in your search results.
