According to "The Oregonian," Jamsion Square, located in Portland's Pearl District, is "Portland's biggest kid magnet." Maybe that's because this urban "pocket" park has a fountain as its main attraction. Water spills gently down, creating a shallow wading pool kids (and dogs) love to splash around in. Sit back under the trees and enjoy the fresh air and the view of "Rico Pasado," the bear sculpture created by artist Mauricio Saldaña. Events held at the park include the Kid's Marching Band, movies, and the Kids in the Pearl Block Party.
