The Briscoe County Wood Grill and Saloon is Menomonee Fall's signature barbecue restaurant. The cowboy-themed casual restaurant serves Black Angus steaks, BBQ ribs and pulled chicken all slow cooked on a wood grill. For lunch, the seven ounce BBQ pork chop sandwich is a house special. The portions are generous and the food is reasonably priced. Expect to hear Johnny Cash playing in the background as area locals relax after a long day.
