The Cincinnati Museum Center is inside the renovated Cincinnati Union Terminal and was named as one of the top 50 architecturally significant buildings in America by the American Institute of Architects. The terminal area takes up 287 acres and 94 miles of laid track. Exhibits include Cincinnati History, Natural History and the Duke Energy Children's Museum.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Carriage Hill MetroPark provides camping, skiing, hiking, sledding and horseback riding. It is a natural park located in Dayton with a visitor's center where you can learn about the history of the park. The park also hosts family-friendly events including a Country Fair and Luminary Walk. The Historical Farm offers daily demonstrations of butter making, woodstove cooking and gardening.
