Fine-dining restaurants include the three-Michelin-starred Joel Robuchon, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon; celebrity chef Tom Colicchio's steakhouse, Craftsteak; Diego, serving Mexican fare; FiAMMA, serving authentic Italian dishes; pub-inspired Nobhill Tavern; Pearl, with its Chinese cuisine; Chef Michael Mina's Seablue; Shibuya, serving Japanese food; and Wolfgang Puck's Bar and Grill.
True to most casino restaurants, all but Wolfgang Puck's, which serves lunch and dinner, are open for dinner only, seven nights per week. You may feel the urge to drop in to one of these restaurants after hitting a big jackpot at the slots, but reservations are highly recommended.
For more casual fare, there is the casino-typical MGM Grand Buffet, serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner; Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House, serving up lunch and dinner; the Studio Café, open 24 hours per day: Rainforest Café, to help keep the kids occupied; The Stage deli; Tom Colicchio's Witchcraft; Studio Wok; the poolside Cabana Grill; and the obligatory Starbucks.
