    • Located within the MGM Grand Hotel, Emeril's New Orleans Fish House offers numerous Cajun dishes in an upscale dining atmosphere. The Fish House, which is owned by chef Emeril Lagasse, has menu items such as steamed seafood platters, cornmeal-battered fried oysters, New Orleans-style barbecue shrimp and a gumbo-of-the-day. The restaurant also prepares shrimp, roast beef and oyster po-boys, and entrees such as barbecued salmon, grilled Mahi Mahi, and warm spinach and lobster salad. Emeril's New Orleans Fish House also offers a courtyard private dining room for up to 65 guests.

    • Also owned and operated by chef Emeril Lagasse, Delmonico Steakhouse offers Cajun-influenced menu dishes in its upscale dining room. The restaurant's Cajun selections include andouille sausage and chicken gumbo, boiled shrimp cocktail, and spicy jumbo shrimp and andouille sausage fettuccine. The restaurant's additional menu selections feature roasted rack of lamb, grilled filet mignon medallions, bone-in rib eye steaks and seared fois gras.
