Located in the Rhodes Ranch area of southwest Las Vegas, Khoury's Mediterranean Restaurant features authentic Lebanese cuisine. The menu is extensive, featuring the familiar kibbi, baba ghanouj and grape leaf roles, but also rib-eye steak, lamb chops and even a chicken sandwich. Khoury's is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., except Friday and Saturday they serve until 11 p.m. Hookah in the garden anytime and indoors after 9 p.m.

The suburbs of Las Vegas are loaded with small, neighborhood taverns. Some have become chains within the valley, such as the The Lodge properties. The Lodge at Fort Apache opened its doors in 2003 while the neighborhood was still being built. With good food, gaming and a full bar, it's a great place to unwind after your shift. Appetizers, such as the popular wings and quesadillas, are half price during happy hour, from 4 to 7 p.m. The Lodge at Fort Apache is located south of W. Russell Road in the Rhodes Ranch area of southwest Las Vegas. It's open 24 hours, seven days a week.
