The popularity of Brazilian cuisine is rapidly growing in popularity in the U.S. In particular, Americans have been getting excited about Brazilian steakhouses, known as Churrascarias. Samba, a fine-dining restaurant inside The Mirage, is an all-you-can-eat, Rodizio-style Brazilian barbecue restaurant. Workers walk through the restaurant with skewers of boldly seasoned, marinated, slow-roasted meat, seafood and poultry. Patrons choose the meats that look good to them. Side dishes, such as fried plantains, creamed spinach and black beans and rice, can be ordered a-la-carte. Samba's dining room is open to the Mirage casino, and the ambiance of the restaurant is playful and colorful. It is open for dinner only, and reservations are encouraged.

Located just to the east of Las Vegas Blvd. on Paradise Road, Yolie's is also an all-you-can-eat Rodizio-style barbecue restaurant. Entrees like young spring chicken, homemade sausage, leg of baby lamb and tri-tip of beef are all roasted on skewers and brought to your table by your server. Sides included in the all-you-can-eat price include potatoes, Farofa and rice and vegetable of the day. The dinner also comes with soup or salad. Entree dishes like seafood pasta and shrimp scampi are available if you don't want to go the all-you-can-eat route. The dining room at Yolie's is casual and comfortable. It is open for dinner only, and the restaurant is available for special events/occasions.

Texas de Brazil restaurants are located in various states throughout the U.S. The Las Vegas location is inside the Town Square Shopping Center on Las Vegas Boulevard, south of the area known as the Strip. Diners here start at a salad area that includes appetizers, soups, salads and traditional Churrascaria side items. Carvers stop by patrons' tables with skewers of slow-roasted, seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage.
