The restaurants of Las Vegas are notable, with tourists and visitors flocking to high-end eateries and giant buffets. The restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip, however, aren't necessarily where the locals of Las Vegas eat. Restaurants frequented by the people who actually live in Vegas range from burger joints to sushi bars to steak houses.
Locals do come to the Las Vegas Strip to eat at the Steak House at Circus Circus, which the Las Vegas Review-Journal has voted best steakhouse in Vegas for 20 years in a row. The Steak House is off the casino of Circus Circus, and serves steaks aged 21 days, as well as seafood and chops.

The Siena Deli is an Italian delicatessen in Las Vegas, with an Italian restaurant, marketplace and bakery attached. The deli makes its own Italian sausage and desserts and sells imported Italian deli meats and cheeses. The marketplace sells Italian olive oil, candy, coffee, olives and pasta.
