Hours of operation, which include breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the day, is Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a gourmet dinner buffet being served Friday and Saturday evenings from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The champagne brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
