Multiple award winner, Chef Joel Robuchon opened his first U.S. restaurant in Las Vegas' MGM Grande Hotel and Casino. Featuring limited intimate seating, and multi-course tasting menus based on a central ingredient, Joel Robuchon offers high-class dining with a French flair. The menu changes frequently but signature dishes including Le Caviar and Le Mojito may be ordered a la carte in season. Tasting menus start at $109 per person and include wine pairing at an extra cost, as of October 2010.
