The Crab House has served thousand and thousands of crabs to satisfied customers for years. All of its crabs are from Maryland's Chesapeake Bay and are caught on trout lines, one crab at a time. Many crab houses use crab pots to catch their crabs, bunching them all together with all types of crabs. Catching them one at a time ensures that the crabs remain clean instead of sitting in a pot and absorbing the flavor of what they're eating.
The crabs are steamed alive with the restaurant's secret spice. The crabs measure from 5 to 8 inches, and the larger ones are more expensive. You can enjoy a 25 percent discount on crabs at 4:30 p.m. every summer Monday.

Uries has been in Wildwood for more than 50 years. It offers live music on its waterfront deck. One of the best things about Uries is the all-you-can-eat crabs from 4 to 9 p.m. daily. It also has a nice selection of steak and other seafood. During the all-you-can-eat time, you'll find fresh Alaskan crab legs and Dungeness crab clusters served with salad, rolls and pasta. The batter-fried calamari is tasty, as are the Maryland blue crabs and jumbo fried shrimp.

Some people just go to the Boathouse to watch the sunset on its outdoor seating area. The restaurant is almost entirely built over water and offers inside or outside seating with views. Lunch and dinner menus offer a wide variety of seafood, and appetizers range from $5 to $10. Some of the more liked appetizers include the fried calamari tossed with jalapenos and onions or steamed mussels. The homemade corn crab chowder is a favorite, as is the macadamia- and coconut-crusted mahi-mahi.
