The city of Constantinople changed names in 1930 to Istanbul. The people of Istabul speak Modern Turkish and a couple of minority languages like, Bulgarian, Armenian, French, Greek, English, Kurdish, Arabic, Hebrew and Ladino (a Jewish-Spanish Language).
