Pack a bottle of vitamin C, a package of Cold-eeze, a small bottle of antiseptic mouthwash, some antibacterial hand wipes, a tube of Zicam and a surgical mask. Place the mouthwash and Zicam in a Ziplock plastic bag.
After passing through security, immediately purchase a large bottle of water and a container of orange juice. Drink the orange juice and some of the water prior to your flight.
Take a vitamin C tablet as soon as you board the plane.
Keep your Cold-eeze, Zicam, surgical mask, mouthwash and hand wipes in a place where they can be easily reached.
Put on your surgical mask if people around you are coughing and sneezing.
Adjust the air vents so that the air is blowing in your direction.
Wipe your hands with antiseptic wipes before having your meal. It will keep you from picking up germs that might have been lurking on the arm rest. After eating, go to the rest room and rinse your mouth with antiseptic mouthwash. This will help you keep your throat moist.
Put on your face mask, take a Cold-Eeze and spray your nostrils with Zicam if you feel a cold coming on.
If you run out of water, ask the flight attendant for more.
