Can you walk around with a taser in Florida?

Yes, as of January 1, 2023, Florida state law no longer requires a license to carry a concealed weapon, which now includes tasers. Individuals, however, will have to be 21 years or older, submit to a criminal background check, and take a gun safety course to be deemed eligible to legally carry a concealed weapon.
