JetBlue's online travel booking process requires you to indicate where you are leaving from and where you are going to. You must also indicate your departing and returning dates, along with the total number of travelers that you are booking flights for. JetBlue's online interface will then provide you with a listing of available flights that you can choose from.
Once you have booked a JetBlue flight, you can access flight information on the company's website in order to manage your flight. Functions that can be performed include printing a boarding pass, checking the status of a scheduled flight or checking in online up to 24 hours prior to your flight in order to avoid lines at the airport.
If you are traveling with a dog or cat, you will need to call JetBlue in order to book the pet on your flight. Pet owners can enroll in JetBlue's JetPaws program to receive travel points and a free pet travel guide. Travelers with disabilities can also call the airline in order to make special service requests, such as bulkhead seating in the front of the airplane.
