Sit with your body completely still, moving your eyes up and then down. Repeat this up-down movement 20 times, increasing the speed of the movement with each repetition. Now repeat this exercise, except this time, move your eyes from right to left, again for 20 repetitions, while keeping your body still, and speeding up the movement with each repetition. Finally, staying seated, move your head from side to side so that you are looking over your right, then your left, shoulders. Again, repeat this movement 20 times.
Standing or sitting but again, not moving your body or head, focus on an object close to you, and then on one far away. Go back and forth between focusing on the one object, and then the other. Repeat this back-and-forth focus for 20 repetitions. Next, focus on an object to your right---with both eyes---without moving your body or head. Then, do the same with an object to your left. Again, you should be able to complete 20 reps of this exercise.
Roll your eyes first clockwise, and then anti-clockwise; repeat these rolls 20 times. Then, close both of your eyes for 10 seconds, before gently opening your eyes for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times. Hold your right pointer finger close to your eyes, slowly and steadily move it away, and then bring it back, keeping your eyes focused on your finger the entire time. Repeat this 10 times.
