Log on to Research Coordinate Network's website. Type in the zone number of the NAD83 coordinates you need to convert into the "Zone" field found beneath the "Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM)" heading in the lower left section of the website. Type in the Easting and Northing coordinates in their respective fields. Determine the hemisphere by clicking on the "Hemisphere" drop box and selecting either South or North. Click on the "Convert UTM" button at the bottom of the section to initiate the calculation.
Log on to West Virginia's GIS unit website. Type the Easting and Northing NAD83 coordinates in their respective fields beneath the "UTM" heading found at the bottom of the website. Select the zone corresponding to the coordinates you need converted in the "Zone" field. Click on the "UTM to LL" button to initiate the calculation.
Log onto Cell Spark's website. Click on the "Reference Ellipsoid" drop box and select "WGS-84" from the menu. Type in the Northing and Easting NAD83 coordinates you need converted into their respective fields found in the green section at the bottom of the web page. Click on the box next to the hemisphere of the NAD83 coordinates you need converted. Click the "Convert UTM to Long/Lat" button at the bottom of the website to initiate the calculation.
