1. The first six characters are the applicant's date of birth in the format DDMMYY.
2. The seventh character is the applicant's gender (M for male, F for female).
3. The eighth character is the applicant's state of origin code.
4. The ninth character is the applicant's local government area code.
5. The tenth and eleventh characters are the applicant's unique identification number.
