How can a US citizen marry an illegal immigrant if he has his birth certificate from Mexico but does not have valid indentification documents?

It is not possible for a US citizen to legally marry an undocumented immigrant. Under US law, it is illegal for a US citizen to marry a non-citizen who is not legally present in the country. Additionally, most states require valid identification documents in order to obtain a marriage license.
