Go to the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores website on your computer. (Click on the link in Resources.)

Click "Pasaportes" located on the right-hand side of the homepage under "Tramites."

Click on "Formatos de Solicitud" located on the right-hand side of the page under "Oficinas y Horarios."

Click to open the Mexican passport application under OP5 for adults and OP7.

Print out the application to be filled out and submitted for your Mexican passport.
