Can a jail hold you on commissions warrant in Idaho even if the warrants not signed?

In Idaho, a jail can hold you on a commission warrant even if the warrant is not signed if the following conditions are met:

1. The warrant is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

2. The warrant is supported by probable cause.

3. The warrant is presented to the jail by a law enforcement officer.

If these conditions are met, the jail must hold the person named in the warrant until the warrant is signed by a judge or until the person is released by a court order.

However, if the warrant is not signed within a reasonable amount of time, the person named in the warrant may be entitled to a release on habeas corpus.
