Inspect your luggage carefully before you begin. If your feet screw into the luggage body, then you can safely replace them yourself. However, if the feet are molded onto the luggage body, there's nothing you can do. In that case, find a good luggage repair store near you who may be able to help.
Call your luggage manufacturer to see if it sells replacement feet for your suitcase model. If your manufacturer doesn't have replacement feet, check with luggage repair shops and luggage repairers to see if they'll sell you a compatible model.
Unscrew your luggage feet from your suitcase by using a Phillips head screwdriver. Set aside the screws so you can reuse them. If you're getting replacement feet from a luggage repairer, consider bringing in the old feet so they can match them up properly with the new ones for a perfect fit.
Unwrap your new feet and get ready to repair. Line up one foot in the proper spot, then insert the screws with your fingers so you know it's lined up right.
Screw on the new foot, tightening one screw at a time. As long as you lined it up properly, this should not be difficult. If you feel lots of resistance, stop and remove the screws, then realign the foot. Once you've done the first one, attach the second in the same way.
