Pack your luggage and any products you wish to get repaired securely. Include Repair Request Form in the box. Download this form at the Hartmann Customer Service website. If you desire expedited service, also include business and home phone numbers and your primary email address.
Mail your package using a carrier such as FedEx or UPS. These carriers allow tracking for packages, ensuring yours makes it safely to Hartmann.
When Hartmann contacts you with repair information and pricing, give your permission allowing them to complete the work.
Wait four to six weeks for Hartmann to complete repairs and return your luggage.
