Is Copenhagen Southern Blend Available in Idaho? (2024 Update)

As of 2024, Copenhagen Southern Blend is not widely distributed in Idaho.

Why

• US Smokeless Tobacco (Altria) distributes regionally; Southern Blend targets Southeast/Mid-Atlantic markets.
• Idaho typically stocks: Copenhagen Original, Long Cut, Wintergreen, Straight, Black, Mint, Southern Blend only in select test markets.

How to Check Current Availability

1. Call local tobacco shops / convenience stores (Maverik, Jackson's, Albertsons, Fred Meyer).
2. Use Copenhagen's store locator: copenhagen.com/store-locator (enter ZIP).
3. Ask for "special order" — some shops will order a roll (5 cans) if demand exists.

Alternatives in Idaho

• Copenhagen Wintergreen / Straight / Mint — widely available.
• Skoal (USST sibling brand) — similar flavor profiles.
• Grizzly / Kodiak / Husky — value brands, common in Intermountain West.

Distribution changes; verify locally before a long drive.
