1. Obtain the required documents.
* Memorandum of Association (MOA)
* Articles of Association (AOA)
* Trade license copy from Sharjah
* Tenancy contract or Ejari of the company's premises in Dubai
* Passport copies of the company's shareholders and directors
* Power of attorney (if applicable)
2. Visit the Department of Economic Development in Dubai (DED).
* Go to the Business Registration & Licensing (BRL) section.
* Submit the required documents.
3. Pay the transfer fees.
* The transfer fee is 10% of the original license fee.
* The minimum transfer fee is AED 1,000.
4. Receive the new license.
* Once the transfer process is complete, you will receive a new license from DED.

* The transfer process typically takes 10 to 15 working days.
* You can also transfer a license file to Dubai from another emirate in the UAE.
