The original Grand Canyon Tour Company offers a two and a half hour helicopter tour over the canyon. Tourists are picked up and dropped off at their hotels. Taking off from Las Vegas, the tour takes you over Lake Mead, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam and the Black Mountains. A variety of land formations are passed over as you enter the Grand Canyon from the west rim. As you head back, the helicopter pilot gives a tour of the famous Las Vegas Strip.
