    • Fremont Street hosts a free light and sound show several times a night.

Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas is at the heart of the older part of the city, alongside the traditional hotels and casinos like the Golden Nugget. Viva Vision is a free light and sound show that happens on the hour every night, featuring more than 12 million lights in the canopy above the street, with music and LED screens adding to the effect.

    Chocolate Tour

    • Taste your free sample at the chocolate factory.

Ethel's Chocolate Factory produces their own range of boxed chocolates and bars and is open Monday to Thursday for free tours around the factory floor. The tour includes free samples and a look around the Botanical Cactus Garden, which is one of the world's largest collections of the plants. Because of production schedules, the factory cannot guarantee that machines will be running when the tours are operating.
