All cruise passengers who are boarding a ship for any overnight cruise must park in the long-term cruise parking lots. The fee for long-term parking at the Port of Miami is $20 per day for regular vehicles. Oversized vehicles, vehicles with attached trailers and RVs cost $40 per day to park. These oversized vehicles are only permitted to park in one lot in the Port of Miami parking facility. Signs are posted to direct drivers to the correct parking lots.
Short-term parking is available for those driving to the Port of Miami who are not cruising. Drivers who are dropping off or picking up cruise passengers are permitted to park in the short-term lot. Overnight parking in the short-term parking lot is prohibited. The cost of short-term parking at the Port of Miami is $7. Valet parking is not available at the Port of Miami.
To park at the Port of Miami, each car must go through a toll-booth where a parking ticket is issued with the date of your arrival. When departing, drivers must hand their tickets to the outgoing ticket agents to pay for parking. The Port of Miami accepts major United States travelers checks, cash and credit cards. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted by the Port of Miami.
