How to Cancel a Trip on Orbitz
Orbitz is an online travel company that enables travelers to research, plan and buy airfare, hotel rooms, rental cars, activities and travel packages for discounted prices. Once you have booked your ideal trip, there is not much that can come between you and your vacation. However, Orbitz understands that plans can sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. If for some reason you must cancel your trip, you may easily do so, although cancellation fees may be applied.

Call Orbitz Customer Service at 888-656-4546. Do not directly call the Travel Suppliers.

Provide your Orbitz package reservation code and any other requested information to the customer service representative.

Be prepared to pay any travel cancellation fees imposed by the Travel Suppliers as well as a $25 per package fee (as of 2010) for cancellations made more than one day prior to the departure date.
