Bluestone Grill is in the southern part of the county. The area is considered a mecca of fly fishing. It has fish ponds such as Trout Pond, Up Russell Brook. Visitors who choose to dine at the Bluestone Grill will be treated to a menu that includes grilled artichoke with lemon mayo, grilled asparagus with candied lemon zest, crispy crab-filled won tons and hot chapotle hawg wings. Entrees include roasted wild salmon and pan-seared day boat scallops with parsley sweet pea spaetzle and lemon butter sauce. The lunch menu has, among other things, fretatta and and French toast. Guests may choose from a variety of red, white and sparkling wines.

The restaurant, built in 1903, is listed in the National Register of Historical Places. It was a Union Free School until 1939. After years of standing idle, the building was renovated in 1987 and turned into a full- service restaurant catering to private parties, business meetings, dinners and lunches. Fred's is an American grill and bar restaurant in the north of Delaware County. A scenic trail cuts through nearby communities in the farmland, all the way to the top of Mount Utsayantha. It is also home to the best snowmobiling in the county. If you decide to dine at the Fred's, you will have a wide variety of food to pick from on a menu that includes black Angus strip steak, chicken marsala, and ravioli (vegetarian). The menu also has fish and chips, flank steak, grilled cedar and plank salmon. It also serves half-pound burgers.
