How to Book a Seat on the KSTDC

The Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation, or KSTDC, is a state-sponsored organization that promotes tourism throughout Karnataka to global visitors. Karnataka is the eighth largest state in India and has extensive tourist facilities, public and private. The KSTDC itself operates hotels and other tourist facilities as part of its general mission, allowing visitors to reserve space through the official office. The KSTDC also offers a number of packaged tours that include riverboat cruises. You can book a seat on KSTDC tours or make other reservations on the KSTDC website.

Instructions

  Open a web browser and navigate to the KSTDC website. You will be prompted to choose a Flash-based or HTML-based version of the site. Both contain the same information.

  Review the options and choose the type of travel experience you prefer. You can choose to stay in hotels and set your own itinerary or choose a tour package.

  Click the "Online Reservation" link on the right-side navigation bar to open the schedules and detailed itinerary page and find the listing for the travel you have chosen.

  Click the "Select" button next to the travel you have chosen, choose the calendar date for which you want to make reservations, then click the "Proceed" button.

  Fill out the registration form and press the "Register" button to book the seats.
