How to Plan a 150 Stop Route

A road trip with 150 stops requires plenty of advance planning. Using online route planners can save you a lot of time and work by plotting the route for you. They can also instantly provide helpful information such as the distance between stops and the estimated driving time from one location to the next. Although they have their limitations, as long as you know where you want to go, these trip planners can help you get there.

Instructions

    • 1

Go online to a trip-planning site such as Google Maps or Mapquest. Click on "Get Directions."

    • 2

Enter the address of each destination in the boxes provided. Click "Add Step" or "Add Stop" for each additional stop on the route. You should be able to enter about 25 stops, or one-sixth of your trip.

    • 3

Click "Get Directions" once you have reached the limit. Click "Print," and the driving directions for the first 25 stops on your trip will be printed out.

    • 4

Repeat Steps 1 through 3 with the next 25 stops on your route, beginning with the last destination on the previous list. Keep repeating these steps until you have directions to all 150 stops on your route.
