Who owns Dallas toll way?

The Dallas North Tollway (DNT), Sam Rayburn Tollway (SRT), and President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) are owned and operated by the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA). The NTTA is a Texas governmental agency created in 1997 by the Texas Legislature. The NTTA is governed by a 10-member board of directors appointed by the governor and confirmed by the Texas Senate.
