It is illegal to drive with a cracked windshield in the state of Arizona. According to Arizona Revised Statutes § 28-952, every motor vehicle shall be equipped with a windshield that is so constructed, treated, or combined with other materials as to reduce insofar as practicable the likelihood of injury to occupants in the event of collision.
