Who is Joel S Illouz?

Joel S. Illouz is a Professor of International Affairs and the Dean of the Elliot School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. He is also the Director of the Center for Security Policy Studies at the Elliot School. His primary research interests include American foreign policy, international security and security studies, national security and grand strategy, and presidential politics.
