The hotel features an ideal location, and is just four blocks from M&T Bank Stadium--home of the NFL Baltimore Ravens and a half-mile from Oriole Park at Camden Yards--home of the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball. The hotel is a five-minute drive from the heart of the Inner Harbor and eight miles from Baltimore Washington (BWI) Airport. Free shuttle service is provided to and from the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards and the Baltimore Convention Center. In September 2010 rooms started around $179 a night according to the hotel's website.

The hotel is also within walking distance of the city's major sports stadiums, including Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Homewood Suites Baltimore is located on the eastern end of the Inner Harbor. It is perfect for longer stays because of a full kitchen area, including a stove along with cooking and eating utensils. The hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown Baltimore, Orioles Park at Camden Yards, the Baltimore Convention, Little Italy and a variety of Inner Harbor shops and restaurants. In September 2010 the hotel's website listed rates starting at around $189 a night.

The Roadway Inn Baltimore is on the edges of the Inner Harbor area but a free bus across the street will take you to all the Inner Harbor attractions. The trade-off is a lower nightly rate than those typically charged by other hotels in the center of the action. Attractions such as the Walters Art Museum and Maryland Historical Science Museum are less than two-tenths of a mile away--easy walking distance on a nice day. Just two miles away is the Baltimore Convention Center and Camden Yards.
