Abernethy Christian Adventure Center's four locations offer adventure weekends, fellowship programs, outdoor activities, accommodation and meals in the beauty of Scottish countryside. Ardgour Adventure Center, on a 3,000-acre private estate on Loch Linnhe, is accessible by ferry. The center's sports area has a climbing wall and gym, and its bunk-bed accommodations can sleep 32 people. Besides activities like rappelling, kayaking and mountain biking, the center has a children's cooking program and an outdoor leadership training program. Nethybridge Adventure Center is located inside Cairngorms National Park and features family accommodations in both the main house and the Nethybridge Chalets. The center has an indoor swimming pool, games room, tennis court, artificial ski slope and a 120-seat theatre lounge. Barcaple Adventure Center is on a 20-acre country estate near Kirkcudbright in Dumfries & Galloway. The Victorian-era main house has bunk-bed accommodations for 54, as well as suites for smaller families. Besides activities on the grounds, the center has a game room, barbecue area and lounge. Abernethy Ardeonaig, near Loch Tay, has accommodations for 55, a family-style dining hall, sports hall and games room and lounges. It offers extensive outdoor activities. It also has function rooms for fellowship meetings and Bible study. All Abernethy Christian Adventure Centers feature Christian youth outings on the weekend and are available for short or long-term vacation stays.

Seeing Scotland's Christian heritage is an educational adventure the whole family will enjoy. Pilgrim Tours offers a nine-day tour of the country's Christian sites, with family discounts, in addition to an all-included airfare and tour package. The tour departs from several places in the United States and arrives in Glasgow. Compass Christian Center, Scotland's oldest Christian family center, offers popular activities like skiing, archery and kayaking. Located in Perthshire, the center has large-scale lodging and self-contained apartments for families. Apartments include toilet and showers and a self-catering kitchen, although meals are served in its main house.
