Taking about an hour to complete, the tour gives visitors and extensive backroom view of how Chelsea Modular runs, from the process of creating floor plans to the building of the homes. There is ample time throughout the tour to ask questions, with guides who are well versed in the history and philosophy of Chelsea Modular.
