What year was the first Opera House built in Italy?

There is no record of an opera house being built in Italy in any specific year. However, the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, Italy, is considered to be the oldest surviving intact theatre in the world and was built between 1580 and 1585. It was designed by the architect Andrea Palladio and is considered a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture.
