Echo Cuba is an evangelistic Christian organization that provides aid to churches and individuals in Cuba. Missionaries travel to Cuba to bring food, medicine and other necessities to disadvantaged Cubans. Often missionaries deliver these items to churches within Cuba's borders, which then redistribute them to Cuban citizens who need them. Echo Cuba helps volunteers fulfill legal requirements to travel in Cuba and arranges for volunteers to visit several churches and organizations so that they can learn about Cuban culture as well as conditions in Cuba. Volunteers pay for their trip and food. Trip costs are about $1,700, as of September 2010.

The Cuban-American Jewish mission works with the Jewish population in Cuba. Volunteers may travel to Cuba to visit synagogues and bring needed items to Jewish citizens such as kosher food, ritual items and medicine. The mission also seeks to help Cuban Jews maintain ties to their heritage and practice Judaism openly and safely.
The Cuban-American Jewish Mission does not sponsor trips; all travel arrangements must be made by volunteers. Volunteers can visit the website to find lists of current needs of Cuban Jews and information about travel, safety and related issues.

Living in Faith is a Christian missionary organization that sponsors evangelical trips to Cuba. In addition to teaching people about the Christian religion, missionaries give eye exams to Cuban residents as well as medicine and equipment to local churches, who distribute the supplies to congregants during services. Volunteers can contact Living in Faith, which will then give them details about upcoming mission trips, costs and activities.
