The Houston Area Live Steamers is dedicated to steam train modeling. The organization has a 4,700 foot long track with enough space for up to 25 locomotives. Every third Saturday of the month, the Houston Area Live Steamers host free rides for children as well as adults on their tracks and a layout tour. They also have a newly designed car for standard wheelchairs. You can enjoy this rail tour at Zube park in Harris County.
