Mississippi River Boat Cruises

The Mississippi River flows from the woods of Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana. The majestic river flows through 10 states and offers endless travel opportunities for tourists. One of the most popular ways to experience the great Mississippi is on a traditional river steamboat. Several ports along the river including New Orleans, Lacrosse, and St. Paul offer riverboat tours.

    • The steamboat Natchez offers day cruises that sail along the Mississippi in the New Orleans harbor. The boat has been sailing since 1975 and is powered by steam in the manner of 19th century river boats. The cruises offer jazz and calliope music.
